Ken Workun | Managing Partner Ken is an accomplished technology veteran with 20 years of leadership experience in various product development, business development, marketing and executive roles. He served as VP, Marketing and Product Management at Atreus Systems before being acquired by Sonus Networks in 2008 where he was responsible for defining the market strategies for their Session Border Control and OSS products. He serves as an advisor to Cambrai Systems. Ken holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta.

 

Allen Carpenter | Managing Partner Allen is a veteran software professional with 20+ years of experience in telecom, building systems, and data acquisition and control. He has served as Managing Director for Sonus Networks’ Canadian operations, VP of Professional Services and Operations at Atreus Systems, and held various management and technical roles at Orchestream, Crosskeys Systems, and Sciemetric Instruments. During his career, he has successfully led large and diverse teams spanning engineering, services, support, documentation and training. Allen has a M.Sc in Engineering from Queen’s University.

 

Scott Brookes | Director, Software Engineering Scott is a skilled software management professional with over 16 years of experience building and deploying software solutions for the telecom industry. At Bridgewater Systems, Scott managed a turnkey services team responsible for the planning and introduction of AAA, Policy Control and OA&M products for the Verizon Wireless data network. He has also held several technical management positions, leading development and professional services teams, at Sonus Networks and Atreus Systems. Scott is a University of Waterloo graduate with a degree in Systems Engineering. He holds patents in Network Management Systems Integration, and Self-Activating Network Based Services.

 

Norman Wong | Director, Application Development Norm has 20+ yrs of experience working at fast-paced, high-growth companies such as Newbridge Networks, CrossKeys Systems, webHancer, Atreus Systems, and Sonus Networks. His products have been deployed into telecom (Qwest, Verizon, Telus, Aliant, Deutsche Telekom) and internet-based (Microsoft, MSN, Amazon, Orbitz, FedEx, Classmates) service providers.
