Once a project is launched with NetFore's involvement, we assign an experienced project manager with the domain exposure necessary to fully appreciate each problem and the logical sequence of steps to solve it. We believe in a single point of contact for our customers with the responsibility and expertise to plan, monitor, control, and report on the project from start to finish. Once we commit to a plan, our philosophy is to only surprise our customers when we exceed their expectations.
Having dealt for years with software applications with stringent requirements for availability, we ensure that software is delivered into production gracefully. Together with our customers, we undertake a detailed survey of the IT infrastructure that we are deploying into, prepare deployment methods, fully stage the software in pre-production facilities, ensure user groups are fully trained, and only then deploy the software in a way that minimizes any downtime.
