Agile software development process

We use a proven Agile software development process for all our projects. With frequent development iterations, you can monitor progress and provide input frequently to ensure there are no surprises. Read more about the steps in the NetFore process below.

1. Discovery

This phase of our Agile software development process begins with a kick-off meeting and includes a workshop with the customer. During this phase we determine the best technology to use to meet our customers’ objectives. All the data and insight we gather during this phase is used during the Definition phase to come up with a detailed plan to build the solution.

2. Definition

During this phase of our Agile software development process, we create a detailed statement of work that will serve as the blueprint for the entire project. Once the customer has agreed to the requirements, we assign an experienced project manager responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting on all aspects of the project from end to end.

3. Development

During this phase of our process, we implement the customer’s detailed requirements according to the project plan. This approach ensures our customers benefit from early and continuous delivery of useful software. It also reduces risk, increases quality and shortens the time to deliver.

4. Delivery

Together with our customers, we perform a detailed survey of the deployment infrastructure, prepare deployment procedures, and carefully stage the software in pre-production facilities. When the relevant user groups are fully trained, only then do we deploy the software into the production environment.
